Detailed Service Information:

• translations tailored to the target market,
• translations prepared by a native speaker of the target language,
• 1 round of Client revisions included in the price,
• client feedback must be submitted within 3 business days; if no revisions are requested within this period, the content will be considered accepted,
• revisions on our side implemented within 3 business days,
• turnaround time is calculated from the date the quote is accepted and/or all necessary materials are provided,
• express translation within 48 hours: +50% of the rate per 1,000 characters including spaces,
• 23% VAT will be added to the stated net price,
• payment terms for the first order: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion,
• payment term: 10 days.
