Subscription package

The package is a monthly subscription that can be flexibly used for:

• blog posts and how-to articles tailored to the target audience, with images provided by the Client,
• website news content,
• social media content,
• monthly content volume of up to an agreed number of characters including spaces.

Also included in the package:

• support and ongoing communication with a dedicated Project Manager from e-multicontent,
• content prepared in Polish based on information provided by the Client and our own research,
• content tailored to the target market, its specific characteristics, target audience, and industry-specific terminology,
• content prepared by an experienced copywriter from the e-multicontent team,
• content optimized for SEO and AI Overviews (based on guidelines provided by the client and e-multicontent),
• two-stage content verification, including editorial proofreading,
• 1 round of Client revisions included in the price,
• client feedback must be submitted within 4 business days of receiving the file; if no feedback is received within this period, the content will be considered accepted,
• revisions implemented within 4 business days,
• each additional round of revisions beyond the first is charged at 35% of the rate per text,
• turnaround time: 5–7 business days per text (determined individually for larger orders),
• turnaround time is calculated from the date the quote is accepted and/or all necessary materials are provided,
• minimum contract term: 12 months (with one month’s notice),
• 23% VAT will be added to the stated net prices,
• payment terms for the first order: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion,
• payment term: 10 days.
