• content tailored to the target market, its specific characteristics, target audience, and local language and slang,
• content prepared by a dedicated project team (native speakers of the target language),
• support from a dedicated Project Manager,
• content optimized for SEO and AI Overviews (keywords, key phrases, etc.),
• verification of keywords and key phrases by a native speaker/translator, including suggestions for additional relevant terms,
• two-stage content verification, including editorial proofreading,
• 1 round of Client revisions included in the price,
• Client feedback must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the file; if no feedback is received within this period, the content will be considered accepted,
• revisions implemented within 5 business days,
• each additional round of revisions beyond the first is charged at 35% of the rate per 1,000 characters including spaces,
• turnaround time is calculated from the date the quote is accepted and/or all necessary materials are provided,
• 23% VAT will be added to the stated net prices,
• payment terms for the first order: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion,
• payment term: 10 days.
