E-commerce language and purchase journey audit

Terms of service


Online store language proofreading and purchase journey review based on defined scenarios:

  • homepage audit – navigation content, buttons and informational content (excluding terms and conditions, but including information on free delivery and returns), conducted by a native speaker of the relevant language,
  • product page review – attributes, technical specifications, delivery methods, shipping costs, payment methods, product variants, complementary product recommendations, product availability and the add-to-cart button,
  • purchase journey audit (including transactional emails) – test orders placed both with a registered account and as a guest,
  • market-specific analysis – cultural factors, shopping habits and other characteristics of the target market,
  • assessment of the shopping experience from the perspective of a native-speaking customer in the target market – summary, recommendations and comments,
  • identification by a native speaker of language issues and logical errors requiring correction within the defined scenarios, delivered as a written Excel report with suggested corrections.

ADDITIONAL OPTION:

PRICE: +30% of the standard audit rate 

  2. preparation of an annual calendar of local holidays tailored to the client’s industry – ideas for promotional campaigns adapted to the specific target market

PRICE: +30% of the standard audit rate

       3. proofreading of selected product descriptions, e.g., bestsellers

PRICE: individual quote, depending on the number of product descriptions

  • audit completion time: up to 7 business days,
  • 23% VAT will be added to the stated net prices for clients registered for VAT in Poland,
  • for EU VAT-registered clients, the net price is equal to the gross price,
  • payment terms for the first order: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
